For all customers:

If any parts are damaged or missing during the assembly process, we are happy to provide a replacement service.

Please contact us via email at hello@WoodooX.com with your order number and a detailed description of the issue. We will respond within 2 business days of receiving your email. 

Important Notes:

Missing or Damaged Parts:

If you find any missing or damaged parts when opening the product packaging, please contact us promptly via email, and we will replace the parts free of charge.

Damaged Parts During Assembly

If a part gets damaged during assembly, try fixing it with glue first—this usually works. If it can’t be repaired or is lost, just email us for a replacement. You’ll only need to cover the shipping cost, and we’ll send the part within 2–3 weeks.
