Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving the product, provided that:

  • The item is unused, in brand-new condition, and includes its original packaging and order receipt.
How to Request a Return
  • You submit a return request via Hello@WooDooX.com with your order number and reason for return.
Eligibility for Returns
  • Only items purchased from WooDooX.com are eligible for returns.
Non-Returnable Items
  • Promotional or discounted items are non-returnable.
Return Shipping Costs
  • For returns due to personal reasons (e.g., dislike, wrong item purchased), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and provide:

Order number

Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item

Correct shipping address

After review, we will provide a free replacement. However, if the damage is caused by improper use, an additional replacement fee may apply.

Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the refund status.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

  • You may modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us. We will process your request as soon as possible.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled, as it has entered the logistics process.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:
❌ Promotional/discounted items
❌ Customized products (e.g., personalized engravings or special orders)
❌ Used or damaged items
