If any parts are damaged or missing during the assembly process, we are happy to provide a replacement service.
Please contact us via email atย hello@WoodooX.comย with your order number and a detailed description of the issue. We will respond within 2 business days of receiving your email.ย

Missing or Damaged Parts:
If you find any missing or damaged parts when opening the product packaging, please contact us promptly via email, and we will replace the parts free of charge.
Damaged Parts During Assembly
If a part gets damaged during assembly, try fixing it with glue firstโthis usually works. If it canโt be repaired or is lost, just email us for a replacement. Youโll only need to cover the shipping cost, and weโll send the part within 2โ3 weeks.
